Numbers before Figma.
Every project starts with P&L, cost-per-order, funnel. Design comes third — not first.
We started as the in-house e-commerce team in a brand doing €15M a year. Six years of running a store from the inside taught us what was missing on the market — so we opened a software house that does it: code aware of P&L.
Not from a branding agency, not from a bootcamp. From the e-commerce manager's chair. That's where the manifesto comes from. That's where the numbers come from.
The founders take over an e-commerce desk at a fashion brand. €1M GMV, one SaaS platform, one Excel.
Two years of rearchitecture and process work later — the store hits €15M / year. First custom SM and ERP integrations.
We leave the in-house seat. First three clients: audit, advisory, Shopify → Medusa migration.
Official certification. Team grows to eight — operations and infra come on board.
Together, the stores we run cross €25M annual GMV. We take on K. Batkowska and BM Automotive.
Nine people, seven stores in production, 99.97% fleet uptime. Moving towards composable + interim CTO.
Not everyone on the team agrees on everything. But on these four points — yes.
Every project starts with P&L, cost-per-order, funnel. Design comes third — not first.
6–8 stores a year, not 30. Each gets a dedicated operator on our side.
We say what something costs on the first call. No 'let us prepare a quote' stretched across three weeks.
If a project has no business case, we say so and send the client elsewhere. Three times last year.
No fluff. Concrete KPIs we hold against ourselves.
We work fully remote. All communication happens async in Slack, Linear and code. Meetings — over Meet or Zoom. Clients don't need to be in PL.
Registered address and studio. We work remotely — on-site visits only by appointment and only when truly necessary.
Slack, Linear, Loom. Calls only when we decide, not when we 'sync'. Status lives in issues, not status meetings.
We work with brands from PL, DE, NL, UK. We don't require on-site presence — we require Slack presence.
