Let's talk
real [
numbers.]
The best projects start with a short call about actual numbers. No NDA up front, no 80-question brief, no 'we'll send our service catalog'.
Three ways to kick off.
Everything lands in the same inbox. First reply comes within working hours, under 24h.
hello@monkydot.com
The fastest path. Short description + annual revenue + what's hurting. We reply with a take, not a brief.

If you prefer voice. Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 CET. After hours — leave a message, we call back the next day.
30 min, no slides
Straight to a partner's calendar. Intro call, 30 minutes, no agenda. After it we'll say if and how we can help.
Just say it.
Seven fields. Everything we need to make the first reply actually useful, not generic.
What happens after you send.
Four steps. First — within 24h. Last — within two weeks. No surprises along the way.
Questions we usually hear.
Got others? Drop them in the form.
No. We sign NDAs when we start looking at numbers, code, or customer data — usually at the second meeting. The first 30 minutes is about intent, not IP.
Depends on scale. A Medusa + Next refactor for a DTC brand under €2.5M is usually €40–70k. A B2B build with ERP integration is €90–180k. Concrete pricing comes after the audit, not the phone call.
Yes, but rarely. Our default modes are: build + 6 months of ops, build + advisory, or interim Head of E-commerce. Pure 'build and leave' only when there's a strong CTO in-house to take it over.
Yes. We have clients in DE, NL and UK. English communication, EUR documents, EU VAT invoices. We work fully remote — calls over Meet/Zoom, everything else async in Slack.
Official certification from SM. In practice: early access to features, a dedicated TAM, and clients coming through us get preferred pricing and a fast-tracked rollout.
Yes. Three times in 2025. Reasons: no business case (the store had no path out of the red), unrealistic deadlines, or the client wanted an execution agency, not an operator. We say so directly.
What you won't find here.
The earlier we say 'no', the less time we waste together.
- 01Brand strategy decks with mood boards.
- 02New WordPress / WooCommerce builds (migrations off them only).
- 03Pay-per-lead, performance marketing, SEO copy.
- 04Work without access to the numbers (P&L, GMV, CAC).
- 05Projects promising '3-month return on investment'.
- 06Agency-under-agency (subcontracting someone else's deals).

We work fully remote. Meetings happen over Meet/Zoom, everything else async in Slack. The address is for invoicing and mail — we don't take walk-ins.
