2024The store ran on a SaaS platform that was expensive to maintain, slow on mobile and offered no real way to segment customers. Time to first byte was over 1.4s and conversion sat at 0.9%.
We moved the catalogue and checkout to a headless setup, with a Next.js frontend on the edge and Medusa as the open backend. SALESmanago handles CRM and automation and is connected to real product events in the store.
- Migration off an off-the-shelf platform
- Custom checkout
- Catalogue rebuild (4,200 SKUs)
- RFM segmentation in SALESmanago
- Abandoned-cart workflows
