Many wholesalers and retailers still update stock in spreadsheets every three days. The store then sells items that aren't there, orders get cancelled after the fact, prices don't match and invoices are issued by hand.

We use real-time sync where it's needed, and queues with reconciliation where that is safer. The same approach works for B2B, headless and composable setups.

[ 01 ]Which ERPs do you integrate with?
Most often Comarch, Subiekt and MS Dynamics, as well as Akeneo PIM and various OMS platforms. If a system has an API, or a safe data export can be built, we can integrate it.
[ 02 ]Real time or batch?
It depends on the risk. Stock and prices are usually synced in real time, while accounting data and corrections more often go through queues with reconciliation. We choose the approach for each flow separately.
[ 03 ]What happens if the ERP goes down?
We design error handling so the store keeps working. It uses the last known data and catches up once the ERP is available again.
[ 04 ]Can you handle PIM and OMS at the same time?
Yes. We usually agree an ownership matrix first, so product data, stock and fulfilment don't end up with three competing sources of truth. This applies whether the store runs on Medusa.js or on an existing platform such as Magento.
